Included In Package Price:
1. On-site or Remote installation in HK.
2. 3 seats for training course on Dynamic Accounting System for Standard version; and one additional seat for each network user. Repetition is allowed within one year.
3. One year telephone consultation, including advice on setting up codes such as Chart of Accounts, Customer Codes, Vendor Codes, Inventory Codes. Clients who encounter difficulties on the daily operation may make appointment with our consultant to discuss.
4. One year data service to one set of accounting data via floppy disk, Zip disk backup or via file transfer over the Internet.
5. Change of one Sales Invoice, Purchasing Order, Receipt and Statement formats. (Formats should be agreed by our company before purchase)
6. Build-in Import Customers/Vendors/Products File functions, our consultants shall assist clients to convert previous data of customers, vendors and products file to Dynamic Accounting System.
7. POS System/ Inventory System/ Leave System/ Attendance & Leave System/ Invoicing & Purchasing without Inventory System includes Dynamic Intranet System with first 3 view users and 1 Standard user. The number of user will not double count.

All products are on C.O.D. basis upon delivery or complete installation.
