Ledgers are inter-linked together closely. The user needs to enter a transaction once only. Data will automatically be available in the related ledgers. For example, if user enter a sales invoice in Sales Ledger, data will be availiable in AR Ledger and stock will be deducted automatically. After emulate or actual posting, data will be transfered to General Ledger also.

System provides function for verify GL, ARAP and Inventory data.

The Administrator can create access rights in accordance with a user’s job nature. For example, a manager may be authorized to modify selling prices and discounts, whereas salesmen are not.

On top of the general access rights system, Dynamic is capable of limiting a user’s rights by specifying access rights to product groups, client groups, invoice types, locations or location groups.

Dynamic provides a function with which to backup and compress data at the server and then transfer the compressed backup to a work station. In the process, users need not directly operate the server.
