Quotations may be issued prior to issuing orders or invoices. Quotations may be printed in blank, preprinted, or letter head paper and the format may be custom-defined.

Dynamic provides a function to use temporary product and customer codes so that such codes will not be visible in the other parts of the system. Upon accepting the quotations, the temporary codes will be converted into real codes.

Upon accepting a quotation, a sales order or invoice will be created. Alternatively a quotation may be marked rejected.
