This module is the core of the Inventory System and is used in conjunction with the Purchase, Sales Ledger and Production Ledger.

Dynamic supports Standard Costing, Average Costing, Last Cost, Moving Average and FIFO methods.

This ledger is for recording consumption of goods not related to sales such as damages, bad items, sample use, and own use. Implementation without the Production Ledger may also use this ledger to keep track of consumption of parts.

Stock take quantities may be entered and Dynamic automatically calculates the discrepancies and generate inventory adjustments or optionally a consumption transaction.

Dynamic provides a function to revaluate the stock value in accordance with the latest estimated costs or purchase prices.

Dynamic provides a function to store the stock levels as of a specified date. Stock take may continue without interrupting daily operations. Stock take results are then reconciled against the stored stock levels.
