Consignment is to distribute goods to retails or dealers without actually making the sales first. Consignment invoices and reports on consignment activities and balances are available.

Goods are distributed to resellers for consignment. When sales are affected by the resellers or when they decide to buy off the goods, an invoice may be issued. When resellers decide not to continue displaying or selling the items, goods are returned and a consignment return is entered
