This ledger provides for a register of fixed assets. It also maintains the values of the assets, providing for depreciation and disposals.
Asset Location is supported.
Dynamic supports Straight Line, Reducing Balance and Fixed Sum depreciation methods. Different assets may have different depreciation methods.
 

Asset Description, Model No., Description Method and Purchase Price can be inputted for initial asset and printing label.

 

Disposal transaction can be inputted manually or generated by system automatically.


Assets that have already been sold or out of use may be disposed of. If residual values remain, such values may be recorded and transferred to the General Ledger.
 
Dynamic provides a function to record the services on the assets and reference purposes.
