Invoices entered in the Purchasing Ledger is automatically visiable in the Payable ledger. Similarly, invoices entered in the Sales Ledger is automatically visiable in the Receivable Ledger.
Data from all ledgers may be transferred to the General Ledger with an Actual or Emulate Posting procedure. Actual Posting also confirms the transactions, whereas Emulate Posting provides a function for viewing temporary reports.
